ABOUT GABRIELLA
Hi, I’m Gabriella.
I accompany people through life’s meaningful thresholds.
Life has a way of taking us to unexpected places we may not feel we are ready to experience. It is in these time we may be confronted with our own fear, self doubt, and grief. I believe these difficult feelings inside us are not something to overcome or fix.
It is when we allow ourselves the space and time to witness, honor and give room for the hard things we avoid, that we find the wisdom and acceptance that can transform us from within.
My work is rooted in three living practices:
PRESENCE
We begin by meeting what is here as we are.
RITUAL
We make meaning through what we choose to honor.
RELATIONSHIP
We are changed through relationship with ourselves, one another, our grief, our dead, the living world, and mystery.
SUPPORT
Who is this for?
A few life scenarios of people I support…
You need a steady presence that isn’t going to pathologize your grief.
You feel the world doesn’t have space for your grief.
You need ritual to say goodbye to an old version of yourself and not sure what that could look like
Presence before, during, and after death
You don’t know where to start regarding logistics around the dying process, burial, etc.
Your parent is transitioning into assisted living and you don’t know where to start or what to expect.
You are an overwhelmed caregiver needing support but unsure what that could look like.
You or someone you love is struggling with a terminal diagnosis.
You are navigating complicated family dynamics within the dying process.
Every life we imagined and never lived leaves its own kind of grief.

GRIEF Care
Grief doesn’t ask to be fixed, it asks to be witnessed.
We often tether ourselves to so many ideas around how the story of our life should have unfolded. The grief that comes with all our lost lives can swallow us up, leaving us grasping for a kernel of inner knowing.
My work is to meet you with a deep presence, an open heart, and an ear tapped into the seen and unseen. I believe we are here to remember the most essential parts of ourselves again and again. I am not here to fix anyone.
My life is lived in devotion to the sacred and the great mystery that holds us all. I believe grief is a portal that asks to be stepped into so that we may live in deeper relationship to our life's purpose.
If you are looking for one on one support as you navigate grief and transition in your life,

Death Care
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
When Death’s presence arrives, it can feel like there are an infinite number of things arising within and around you. The ways in which you may need support may be very specific, or may need more help being discerned. The toll of caretaking, not having a steady presence, and the difficulty with acceptance and family dynamics are just a few reasons someone might need death care services.
So much of knowing what ways I can be supportive to you are found by first listening to what is going on in your world. If you are unsure if this is the right place for you, reach out and let’s take the time to chat.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute call to discuss your needs and make a plan accordingly.

Ritual and workshop offerings
Ritual has always been a core part of being human.
There are times in all our lives where we need to feel a sense of completion after undergoing a period of transformation or a big life event.
Ritual helps us reflect externally the changes we are experience within. While burial is our oldest ritual as a species, we are continually experiencing endings that ask for sacred acknowledgement. We use these intentional acts as a way to access an alchemical process that melds thought, memory and symbolism together.
I offer one-on-one guidance with how to bring more ritual into your everyday life. This offering is designed for someone wanting to craft something sacred to honor a significant threshold crossing in their life.
If you are looking for a more collective experience, I also offer workshops rooted in ritual and themes of transition.

My Story
This work found me. I’ve been walking toward it my whole life.
The Calling
While I’ve never been a stranger to witnessing or experiencing loss, it was my father's journey with Alzheimer's that changed my relationship with death, leading me to become a death and grief doula through the Nine Key Death Arts. Accompanying him to the edge of the veil left me humbled, in awe, and with a deep knowing that this work was a sacred calling I was instructed to turn towards.
The Upbringing
Being raised by a home health nurse meant many after-school drop-offs were at the houses of patients on ventilators. I learned early how to connect with those unable to communicate outwardly. My mother's empathy and dedication to her patients and family taught me how to step aside and show up for those in crisis. As a young person growing up close to the veil surrounded by people on the brink of life and death, I developed an early interest and reverence for the power of the sacred and the space in between this lived experience and what follows after we draw our last breath.
The Practice
My practice is one of deep listening that is grounded in discerning between what is present and obvious and what is unseen and full of mystery and how those two forces are in relationship with each other.
I’ve always said song was my first language. Singing is where I first learned to feel one with the Divine. It is a powerful tool for getting back in the body, listening, and releasing. I often incorporate it in my practice as a tool to bring body awareness and connection to the Divine — sound can often pierce through where words cannot.
The Gratitude
I am deeply intuitively led, ritually-oriented, and committed to showing up for others that desire to make the most of their one precious life. I am continually insprired by the courage of the human heart to walk through the fire in order to transform, heal, and grow. The vision I hold is only possible because of those that have supported me along my journey.
I offer boundless gratitude to my teachers, mentors, elders, and ancestors — and to the natural world and great Mystery that surrounds us, for teaching me to lean into uncertainty.
Let’s talk about it.
